Tragedies of a 4 year old

First of all - YEAH!!! We are back online. This blog was identified as a spam blog and disabled for a few days, but blogger has been awesome, checked it out and re-enabled me as they determined I am in fact NOT a spam blog. Whoohoo!

Now - on to the tragedy of the day - or I should say the week as I was going to blog about this the end of last week when I found out I was disabled.

My 4 1/2 year old informed us the other day that he was very sad. The whole puppy dog pathetic look and all. Why? Because his imaginary friend was not talking to him any longer. Apparently he did something to make his imaginary friend mad, though he knows not what and now the friend will no longer play with him or talk to him.

Two thoughts come to mind:

1. How pathetic is it when not even your imaginary friend will talk to you.
2. How do you be sympathetic and comforting when you are having to bite your cheeks from laughing?
